Wind Current and Direction

Sailing begins with forces you cannot control — wind above, current below, direction between. At sea, direction is negotiated, not imposed. You read wind, feel current, adjust the sail. The boat moves through alignment, not dominance. Psychologically, wind is circumstance, current is emotion, direction is choice. You cannot stop them, only refine response. Direction becomes sensitivity and calibration — where awareness turns movement into relationship, not control.
